certified used cars

Honda Thailand and Toyota have "certified" used cars on their websites at reasonable prices. Certified used cars at Honda dealerships in Canada usually have a warranty of some kind and there is some confidence that they are mechanically sound. Does anyone know about "certified" in Thailand. Thanks.

The Toyota SURE program was as mentioned above when I investigated about 6 months ago. I found the selection very limited but they certainly did cherry pick the few cars they had. One year class 1 insurance was included. Prices were good and financing available.
