Is it in thailand also possible , when paper money got damage to get free replace ment? Only have to do one time with 100€ in the eu without any problem I got a new note , In exchange in thailand also possible ?

Yes, every bank is obliged to exchange damaged banknotes for new ones. The damaged note must be fairly complete, though. You cannot exchange a small scrap, claiming that this is all that's left of it.

If you're able to tape the "jigsaw puzzle" together in such a way that the pieces can be recognized to come from the same bill, you still shouldn't have a problem exchanging it for a new one. But it's crucial that the serial number still is complete.
