Alreadyinuse
I wonder if you can help me out. I am looking for quality personal trainers material. Meaning books, magazines, information in regards to training methods such as Plyometric training. Internet, books or magazines will do. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks Go to mywebsite and take a look - I am still working on the 400 page training manual that will go up next month but there is plenty of stuff you can get from what is already there and I ma adding to it daily. www.conanstevens.com Though I train with a powerlifter/bodybuilder combination style, plyometrics is not going to build muscle, well not much.
