In my restaurant kitchen I have a double head 'fai daeng' strong flame gas cooker. This morning I noticed on the inter connecting hose feeding the two hobs, that there is some clear liquid settled on the bottom of the hose. I cannot imagine that is water....the only thing I can think of is that its the propane gas in liquid form..? Any cause for concern or same experiences from anyone?

If it's on the low pressure side of the regulator it's not liquid propane, it is actually almost certainly water.

If it's a clear hose with hose clips, turn off the cylinder and disconnect one end, drain the liquid, reconnect.

It is after the exit valve regulator...so its water as you suggest.

Will disconnect and drain.

In other countries it was common practices to put some water into the gas bottle. The bottle was weight before and after filling and you paid for the kg of gas.

Water of course costs nothing so they cheated you with some water. Don't know if that happens in Thailand but the water in the hose may indicate that.
