Not Receiving Notifications or Newsletters.

Featured Replies

Hi, Since Thursday I haven't received anything from TV.

No Newsletters, no notifications of replies to topics I am following or posted in.

There have been replies on the topics, I just haven't received notifications.

I haven't made any adjustments to my PC.

I've also checked my Settings and everything seems to be in order.

I am receiving other e-mails from different sources to the e-mail registered to my username on TV.

Any ideas?

Have you checked to see if they are in the spam or trash folder.

Sometime email services get a glitch causing that or accidentally clicking that it is spam instead of deleting.

I hadn't Joe...........but I have now. Thanks, but empty.

I received an e-mail notification of your reply though.....strange.

I'll see how it goes over the next couple of days.

Maybe a problem with a local server, but I'm getting e-mails from the UK no problem.

As of noon today, notifications appears to be broken on the iPhone app

Since I reported the problem I appear to be receiving notifications of posts again.

Have to wait until Monday to see if I receive the Newsletters.

I don't receive notifications of the Private Messages.

I am not registered for the Newsletter so I don't know.

Nine hours later, notifications still broken on iPhone App

Checking back on this. Do you get the notifications now?

No

Hi George, yes I'm getting all notifications now.

I think there was a problem which prevented me getting replies to followed topics, but that seemed to right itself after a day.

I'm getting Newsletters now after going into my 'Contacts' and adding [email protected] to the list.

There was a large Windows update the other day, apparently with a lot of security up dates and that somehow stopped me receiving Newsletters to my Inbox but they were coming through to the Promotions box (which I found out 2 days later). Adding the above address has now restored Newsletters to my 'Inbox'

Still no notifications using the iPhone app three days after reporting this.

Tonight tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It didn't help.

30 minutes after last post: just started working!

Same problem here !

Since January 10th I didn't receive a single newsletter

I didn't unsubscribe

I didn't use a spam filter

I didn't alter a thing

I re-subscribed again, got a confirmation email (!) but no newsletter.

Even got a reactivation email and 'reactivated' my account.

No newsletter

I am always logged in to the site, so no problem there

I contacted my provider to see if they filtered thaivisa.com since Januari. No.

I then subscribed with a second account (gmail)

same thing.... confirmation email but no newsletter...

I've contacted the helpdesk and got replies but no reactivation works,

nor a second email address actually gets the newsletter...

That is very bizar and I repeat, I didn't alter a thing...
