Children have been sticking stuff in their noses since Moses was a boy.

What the mother thinks and what happened MAY be two separate things.

Why is this even news?

Agreed. I really gotta wonder where Coconuts gets their news.

The story is reported by MCOT News agency (Thai) LINK

Not having a go at you Sir Webfact, far from it......as I appreciate your work here at TVF. I realise where you get your stuff from, my statement was directed at the tbh. Must be a slow news day.

It's amazing the things children stick up their noses 555555

I don't think a child, who is suffering, is funny.

However, your arrogant posts slamming the mother and the news agency - and then kissing Webfact's butt are funny.

I did put a peanut in my nose when I was a child...

My familly tried everything to pull it out or make me sneeze with no result!

They finally drove me to the kids hospital, and when the doctor came, I sneezed and the peanut was released :D

No, a child suffering is not funny.

My post has nothing to do with kissing anyone's butt, but at least I recognise webfacts efforts on this forum, the thousands of hours he spends each month compiling news reports from all around the globe into one location so people like 'Us' can read through it.

My shot was never directed at him, he would be aware of that regarding me, but it's a poor piece of 'news' and I can just imagine the mothers line of questioning when speaking to the toddler that led her to 'think' this had something to do with a pointy nose. Of course someone like yourself wouldn't understand any of it.

I wonder what item you inserted into your nose when you were a young child, it must have been long and sharp.

Who the hell is Moses ?

Oh him he's the dude who parted the Red Sea, or a Thai who parted the country after robbing it blind. Now my brain hurts.

A 3 year old is not capable of this (at least with the inferred motive). When I was around 4 or 5 my (Thai) mother put mandarin seeds as a DIY nose job, one got stuck and I had to go to hospital to have it removed. She told the doctors I did it to save face. I suspect that's what happened in this case.
