premiere exstention visa O A thai wife

Featured Replies

did the first extension after the 90 days visa from paris in phitsanulok

no problem it went smoothly about 2 hours, could not escape the tip , even my wife who is in a new anti corruption at all level cound not say a thing

the only problem is they gave me one month from the end of the 90 days until some paper are proceeded and that some body would check the house and the puya ban then i will get the extension , i will have to go back to phitsanulok to get it ( about 200 kilometers) then the 90 days report

is that the standard procedure and the same every year ??

Standard procedure and the same every year.

Probably not the house visit though.

It is not a O-A Visa.

There is no need to pay a tip.

Refuse if you do not want to.

Sounds normal, don't worry if they gave you the 1 month under consideration stamp it's as good as done!

You certainly did not get a OA visa those are only issued at an embassy.

You apparently applied for an extension of stay based upon marriage. The 30 day under consideration period is normal procedure. You have the same 30 days every year but there will be no house visit,

You should be able to do your 90 day report by mail if the local immigration office allows it.
