talking thai paiboon becker android app on nexus 5 , no menu button

hello, so i bought this app, but was stuck in help mode, was afraid to not get a refund, so returned it, might like to buy it again, if anyone can tell me it works on a nexus 5 , Lollipop OS?

do I have to hold down the back arrow to get out of the menu mode.

the developer seems like to prefer to support his help files, instead of fixing the app, don't want to re-buy it just to see if it works thanks

I know this problem and I cant believe the developers havent fixed it yet. It was made when phones used to have a physical "back" button. Shows how long its been due for an update .. last updated 3rd July 2013.

At the help home page 30 second tour, scroll down till you see:

"Choose Thai Script to find a Thai word using Thai Script, as in สวัสดีครับ"

the thai script is in blue.. click on it...press "Go" ...now you are in the dictionary.

I have a love/ hate relationship with this.. Its a brilliant dictionary which I use nearly every day. But the copy protection on it (google DRM) is absolutely hopeless and requires an internet connection every couple of days, so they recon to do an authenticity check... Mine asks for it daily because im in a remote location in Thailand with poor internet.

I really hope they get their act together one day

ok re-bought it, and got it to work, seems to default to that lame run-on help file, oh well

will see how much use it will be soon, somehow all my previous trips, I rarely find myself reaching for a dictionary, not sure why.

instead of '30 second tour' , maybe he should call it "a 3 hour tour" ........... :)
