I'm not familiar with "Vimax Colon Detox" and it sounds questionable as a "diet" pill. A lto of what is sold for weight loss in Thailand is just laxatives which may give the illusion of temporary fat loss but do not affect fat reserves in the least. inbangkok Posted January 26, 2015 Share Posted January 26, 2015 I saw colon detox pills on the counter of a pharmacy yesterday. Don't know what brand they were.......but these types of pills are available here. If they are simply laxatives like Sheryl says, probably best to avoid them.
