January 24, 201511 yr Just paid my Yearly accounting costs, there seems to be an addition for 'office equipment' which is a yearly fixed fee of 1500 baht ( things such as paper, ink etc). Won't mention the firm, has anyone else had this 'fee' charged to them before ? Regards AG.
January 30, 201511 yr Author I pay 17,000 for Year ( plus the 1500 they tried to charge me ) + 1500/ month Accounting Fee. The 1500 Fee was quickly withdrawn when questioned, by the way.

Sounds very normal. 17,000 for auditor and annual statement, and the monthly fee is depending on actual work (number of bill, employes to report for tax/social security etc.) - think going minimum is 1,000 baht/month when almost no paperwork. For me the annual report and auditor has gone up to 18,500 baht this year, so that may secretly include 1,500 baht for papers and copying...
