January 26, 201511 yr Not AT Udon 500 bht per day different there,they have own rules. The 500 baht per day fine is for overstay not for late 90 day reporting. Perhaps you have the 2 mixed up.

That never happens with tourist visa. You have been charged the correct amount.
February 3, 201511 yr TM47 does not allow any stay - it reports your address to immigration if staying longer than 90 days without leaving by having a valid extension of stay or visa entry longer than 90 days.
