worgeordie
Surely water is water? It does n't taste of anything so brand names are irrelevant, aren't they? Not all bottled waters in Chiang Mai are created the same. regards Worgeordie
arunsakda
Surely water is water? It does n't taste of anything so brand names are irrelevant, aren't they? Tell that to the companies that sell Norwegian tap water at almost incalculable markup equalling thousands of percent . drukja
I guess the question should be, "Does anyone know anything about the company and their water treatment methods? " There IS a big difference in bottled waters. Not just in Chiang Mai, but everywhere. From particulates, heavy metals, e-coli, amoebas, giardia, pesticides and other chemicals, rat shit, radiation, etc., etc. Filtration and treatment methods vary, company to company. Some hotels send the kids around back to refill the water bottles from the spigot in the street. Some big name water bottling companies have been found to be using untreated tap water. Price is not a good indicator of purity. Testing is the only way to know. Clean water is important for good health. Depends on what you are interested in ingesting.
