Juan Foyth looks a talent but still imho one for the future.

 

Marcus Edwards on loan to Norwich.   Well, its up to him now,  but this is starting to look like the sad tale of wasted talent we've all seen before.  I don't think the nickname "Mini Messi" should have been allowed by the club because it seems to have gone to his head and effected his attitude.  This is going to be a hugely important time in his development.

Apparently its of no particular advantage to be able to pay more to buy players and pay the biggest salaries but in the same vein were losing all our best players any day now because of it.......couldn't make this shit up!!!

Well, on the level of wages he's asking for i'd imagine a free transfer would be beneficial.  Ross Barkley too was asking for wages way above his level of player, but with a 20m saving by sitting out a few months it builds a whole different picture.  Just my thoughts on a wednesday morn.....

The plus of course for Citeh is Sanchez won't be playing too rough knowing his contract is almost up....no risking serious injury with the £££££ just a short distance away.

Just read a piece on the CCV situation and apparently a loan to Ipswich was considered better for his development and there were question marks over the type of football he was playing at Sheffield.......make of that what you will.

Yh that sanchez is a tasty defender. The block in the last 3 minutes was top draw. 

Well to reflect upon us being five points worse off this stage against last year its clear we're not breaking down some teams as easily.

 

Alli is having a poor season in my view.

 

Obviously to avoid carrying him we should sign Malcolm for £50m or whatever but we can't afford it.
