n210mp
Please could you help Is there a specific date when audited accounts for Thai Ltd companies have to be lodged or is it a different date for every individual Ltd company? May be dependant on when they were started for instance? I ask this question because our subcontracted Thai accountant seems to ask for an "instruction" to do our company returns at different times every year. Thanks in anticipation
Somsak Lawyer
Company tax returns need to be submitted twice yearly. The first one within 2 months after six months of trading (CIT 51) and the annual tax return (CIT 50) within 150 days of the end of the company's accounting period. Full company accounts are submitted annually depending upon the companies accounting period. [somsak][/somsak]
