Can anyone tell me if a man have right to get Visa, if he do have a kid by a Thailady n want to come Thailand to visit his kid, is he entitle to get a visa or special Visa? becuz i always see some Thai Embassy refusing to give Visa to some people who have kid in Thailand and want to come and see the kid. why is it the other Thai Embassy always refusing to give them Visa? when they have no criminal record in Thailand?

Need a bit more info, what country do you live now? usually don't need a visa because u can get a 35 day visa on arrival

Justtaste, aka justbrad, being the father of an illegitimate Thai child does not automatically entitle you to a special visa. If you were the child’s sole custodian, you would have a chance.

See here, under Visa Extension, to support children who are Thai citizens (an non-Thai father or mother)

If you are talking about Thailand's Embassy in Phnom Penh perhaps the fact it has recently been ransacked and burnt has something to do with there attitude. They do not seem to be keen on issuing any visas from many reports.

35 day visa on arrival

The visa on arrival, for nationals of those countries who need it, allows a stay of 15 days.

Visa-exempt arrival, for nationals of those counties entitled to it, allows a stay of 30 days.
