Buying re-entry permit at DMK?

I was told you can buy a re-entry permit at BKK airport, correct? Just wondering if this service is also available at DMK?

You can get a re-entry permit at DMK 24 hours a day.

You apply for them at the overstay office just after departure immigration.

Great thank you. Flying out of DMK is much cheaper but I wanted to be sure I could get the permit there instead of the hassle at immigration.
