August 22, 200619 yr I currently have a work permit and a separate extended visa for investment purposes. I want to switch my visa to an extended visa due to having a work permit. I understand Immigration needs to see a PND1 (monthly personal income tax filing) for each employee--myself, and my Thai employees. My question is, how long does Immigration require my Thai employees to be hired? Is one month enough? Or do they need to be working for a longer period than that? Many thanks, Misty "Why do some places prosper and thrive, while others just suck?" - P.J. O'Rourke

Many thanks, Misty If its less than one month since the company was registered, your lawyer can write a letter explaining why they do not have the PND1. If its been one month since it has been registered, they need the one month PND1. If it has been two months since registration, you need two months. If it has been three months or more since registration, you need the past three months of PND1. www.sunbeltasiagroup.com
