I am due to depart Thailand on March 15,2015 and have a 90 day report to immigration due on March 16,2015. Is it correct to assume on my part that since I will be leaving Thailand for the US 1 day prior to the 90 day report being due at immigration, that I don't have to comply with the 90 day report?
