I see that the Thai House Book of a Thai is required when a foreigner wants to get a Visa based on Marriage with this Thai?

What if the Thai person doesn't own any house, condo, land, anything?

The Thai person will be registered in a Tabbien Baan (House Book) somewhere.

Usually the parents house.

A house book has nothing to do with the ownership of the property.

It is supposed to show who lives at the property.
