Did that in 1979...my first trip to Thailand.

Some parts quite interesting, and worth watching. It works as a nice snapshot of a particular time in SE Asian history, and includes some nice footage of both Singapore and Malaysia in addition to the Golden Triangle. Thanks to Boycie for posting it up for us...

the VIP busses are still very nice. I have taken several 6 hour and even 18 hour (overnight) trip to Phuket.
