Thai Government Lottery

Featured Replies

Hi - I'd like to get hold of the winning (selected) numbers for the Thai Government Lottery since the government started running it - which i beleive was around 3 years ago. There are quite a few numbers selected each time - maybe you have seen some of the leaflets you can buy just after the selection (on the 1st and the 16th days of the month) - well i would like to get hold of all the numbers on this for all the past draws (about three years worth).

I am going to try aksing the lottery commission as I have been told that books of past numbers are published but know very little about this. And I will try searching for sources on the internet. I have done some initial searches and it hasnt come up with anything so far.

The list of numbers I am looking for is something like this - http://cyril1.tripod.com/page2.html - but this is quite old now and no longer updated. Also the government website has some main detaisl on winning numbers and allows the checking of a number back a couple of years but does not show the complete list of numbers - http://www.glo.or.th/index2.php

If anyone here can shed some further light on this and advice on where I could get hold of the past numbers, I look forward to hear from you.

Cheers

First, I am sure that the Thai lottery on the 1st and 16th of the month has been going for a lot longer than three years:

If you buy a large result sheet; from a vendor a few days after the draw, results from the last 36 draws are listed. (18 months).

There are records available, in a tiny Thai booklet; which go back about 6-8 years; get help finding this booklet from a fluent Thai speaker, by asking an elderley ticket vendor/result sheet seller.

However: remember no matter how much you study past results, it cannot help you.

Like a roulette wheel does not have a memory.....neither does the lottery.

If you take a look at the result sheets, very often numbers repeat themselves just a few draws apart.

Try http://www.glo.or.th They have historical info as well.

Dare I ask why?

Just curious... :o

Try http://www.glo.or.th They have historical info as well.

I've had a look on there and it doesnt seem obvious where the results are - they do have the facility to enter a number and the date of the draw which will tell you if your a winner or not but doesnt state all the winning numbers - maybe it is somewhere i havent looked...

Any idea on bookshops that may sell this ? Or is it only sold to Lottery Vendors to help them validate old claims ?

Khun Bob , i think you best bet is to go to Ratchadeom avenue , near the democratic monument ! there you have the wholesaler of the lottery tickets !

that is the where everything start ..

you have few book shops around , i am pretty sure they will have what you looking for !

i think to take a Thai speaking person with you will be good !

if you not there you can send someone if you have contact in Bangkok !

Just revisited the site and there are actually 4 options for past results on there :

1 Enter your no and the draw date and see if your a winner :

http://www.glo.or.th/detail.php?link=result

2 All the results for a draw date as a graphic : (this includes the extra 2 digits for the jackpot as well ) :

http://www.glo.or.th/detail.php?link=result_image

3 All the results for a draw date as text : (this does not appear to state the extra 2 digits for the jackpot as well ) :

http://www.glo.or.th/detail.php?link=result_text

4 The 3 digit and 2 digit selections (I beleive this is called Huay in Thai and this goes back much further in time than the above - back to 1/4/43) :

HTH other people too

I found a booklet in my book shelf with all six, two and three digit results from Jan 16, 2631 until Dec 30, 2540, if it could be of any help.
