International calls from Dtac or AIS - best options?

I need to call USA, UK, NZ and a few other places and I have Dtac and 12Call sims.. What's the best options?

Example - I need to call a USA +1 xxx.... number during weekday working hours in USA east coast.

You simply can't use monthly income for your first extension. Has to be 800k. And if you manage that you'll need to maintain both the 800/400 banked requirements as well as the 65/month of you want to try again for the second extension.
