Which immigration form?

I will be going to get an extension of stay for retirement purposes. This is the first time.

I will take the following.

Paper that is given when Thai person reports my address (wife's house).

2 x photos.

Copy of passport. Front page, visa, entry stamp and TM6 card.

Copy of every page in bank book.

Letter from the bank confirming required monies deposited for three months.

Firstly, am I missing anything?

Secondly, which is the correct form to download to apply for the extension?

Also, I presume I also need to download form TM8 for the re-entry permit. Is that right?

You will need copies of you wife's house book and ID card attached to the form for reporting your residence.

You will use a TM7 form with an attached 4cm X 6cm photo attached (only photo needed).

u will also need

copy of ur wife/landlords id card

copy of the taam Bien baan

You need do ur registration Downstairs BEFORE you do ur extension upstairs

BUT it has also been reported they accept the tm 30

I am taking both :-)

Dont forget to get a re entry permit ( 1,000 for singe or 3,800 for multiple entry) and another photo

The wife will report my address well before I apply. I believe they will give her a piece of paper confirming she has reported.

If I have this paper, do I still need the tabien bahn and ID card?

Will take a copies of the tabien bahn and ID. The wife will do the report about a week before I go myself for the extension.
