they are low because they are criminals

and the only thing that makes them criminals are the LAWS

(which may be designed to keep the big money at the top not excluding govt officials and workers who don't bat an eyelash to break a law with impunity)

the thought of people arrested harassed or in jail for weed or grass is shameful

the other drugs are just as debatable

lets reverse it and arrest alcohol users and let the pot users go
