I wish to know how much it would cost for an unfurnished house within 1km from the beach in Jomtien.

12 months rental(40sqm+).

I have been looking online, but find it hard to find much other than condos and furnished houses.

From what I've found condos can be found for 10k+ and furnished houses 15k+.

Price for thai standard house?

Price for more european standards?

My budget is 10 000 baht rental per month.

Unfurnished is quite rare here. I think that people who really want unfurnished just rent furnished but get the landlord to remove all his furniture.

A thai style house without kitchen , the rent should be no more than 6-8000 baht . Most houses that Thais live in are very basic . But you can find houses with more western standard from around 10k ++ . If you look online use DD property, many houses that fits your budget.

You are not going to rent a house within 1 Kilometer of the beach for 10,000 THB per month, a small studio condo or apartment maybe, but definitely no house
