March 3, 201511 yr Used to have it done (quite some years so you'd have to have it re-confirmed) in a Kodak shop on 2nd road on the right hand side just before the Pattaya Klang intersection. If the shop ain't there anymore then TukCom would be my next try.
March 5, 201511 yr I was trying to get this done a few years back and finally decided to do it myself. In the US I bought a Dazzle DVD Recorder, a used VCR, and then hooked it up to my pc. Worked great. Now I'm done and would like to sell my setup. The Dazzle and VCR are for sale for 3000 baht. In VERY GOOD condition. Send me a PM if you are interested.
