I,m just interested to know if any immigration proceedures(visas, lengths of stay)change from the norm if the following goes like this.

--British guy with a Thai wife.

--Daughter is dual Thai/British with both parents on her birth cert.

--Sadly,our dauhgter is mentally disabled and is need of constant assistance.

Does Thai Immigration take into account for a situation as ours?

Any advice is welcome.

Cheers

I am kind of missing what you are asking, so I think others might be also.

If you are talking about your personal visa/permission to stay in the Kingdom, then I would think that there would be no changes from the norm. With a Thai wife you could well be eligible for a non-O-a and if your income or bank account satisfies the requirements then you could get an extension of the permission to stay and go on to 90 day reporting.

Your wife and child being Thai citizens should not be required to make border runs etc at all.

I am sure that Thai immigration will process you, your wife and your daughter just like any other arriving passengers, without discrimination.

Just asking

If I addressed what you were asking in my center paragraph ... I understood what you meant! Maestro had another take on what you might have meant!
