Hello guys,

I apologize for asking the same questions again, but unfortunately the reports of getting a visa in the region are quite outdated.These 2 questions referrs to 2 different friends of mine with 2 different situations. One has WP, the other one doesn't.

Question 1:

Does anybody know if it is still possible to get a Multiple Entry non B with WP in the region and where?

Question 2:

My friend who doesn't have a WP sent an email to Hong Kong asking if it possible to get the above. Their answer was that it might be possible... quite vague. My knowledge tells me they don't do it in the area, so it sounds suspicius to me. Does anybody has an experience with Hong Kong lately?

1. Penang with a work permit valid for at least 8 months.

2. Perhaps if he is from Hong Kong and was working for a company there. The nearest place to here would probably be in Australia at one of the honorary consulates.
