Yesterday i learned that my cat now has a legitimate thai style id card,incase it is badly treated by someone which involves a heavy fine,i ask myself i wan't the same rights as my cat does and will pursue this matter with the govt forthwith,you think maybe i will be laughed at,don't answer that i know the answer myself rofl.

Thats interesting. Does the card have a photo of the cat? How can they distinguish if it has the card of a different cat? And does the cat take it when he or she goes out?
