Supply and delivery of fish broodstock & weaning Feed and Rotifer feed

Specifications:

Item 1: Fish broodstock & weaning Feed

1. Quantity required

Broodstock feed: 4 metric ton; weaning feed: 2.5 metric ton

2. Feed size

Broodstock feed: 1 size between 10-20 mm; weaning feed: 3-4 sizes between 3-12 mm (quantity of each size will be specified upon order)

3. Nutritional requirements

Broodstock feed: Proteins:>40%, contains vitamins; weaning feed: Protein:>42%

4. Feeds should be sinking pellets and suitable for feeding Seabass

5. Feeds should be freshly manufactured upon feed order. The date of manufacture of the Fish Feeds must be prominently displayed on the feed packaging

Item 2: Rotifer feed

1. Quantity required: 300kg

2. Nutritional profile must meet the following ranges:

a. Moisture: 5 – 10%

b. Crude protein: 35 – 55%

c. Crude ash: 5 – 11%

d. Crude lipids: 7 – 15%

3. Should include the following ingredients:

a. Σω3HUFA

b. DHA/EPA

4. Should result in rotifer production rate of at least 20% per day.

5. Product should be easy to prepare, i.e. simply dissolve in water and blend (does not involve fermentation, germination or heat application etc.)

6. The whole shipment should have a shelf life of at least 1 year from the date of delivery.

7. Cost of supply and delivery of Rotifer Feed to Sembawang Research Station must be included in the quote.

8. Delivery upon confirmation should take at most 1 month.
