August 30, 200619 yr I have a taste for Greek Taramasalata, but you need either salted and cured carp eggs or salted and cured cod eggs to make it. Otherwise, it is quite easy to make in a blender. Makes a nice brekkie spread on some crusty bread or pita, and topped with tomatoes. Anyone know of a source for these eggies in Pattaya? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taramasalata
