Report Pattaya Motorbike Drivers Protest Strict Helmet Law Fines
A simple plastic sleeve that would cover the head between the passengers skull and the helmet would remediate any shared helmet issues. And unfortunately head injury survivors and for obvious reasons, the dead who already did not survive motorcycle collision, were unable or unavailable to stage a counter-protest -

What are my chances?
Every relationship in every country is transactional. Parties enter into one when they want something from the other, or else there would be no relationship. -

New Zealand old age pension.
Thanks for the "Precise Wording" you have extracted from the NZ "Work and Income" website. Perhaps a cat thrown among the pigeons! Eligibility wise: Are 65+ or older = Boxed Ticked. Have lived in New Zealand for a certain amount of time = Box ticked. Are ordinarily resident in New Zealand, the Cook Islands, Niue or Tokelau when you apply, and , have lived in New Zealand for a certain amount of time = Box ticked. I believe that the person in question "fulfilled the final criteria" from the following statement. "He tells me that he was denied at an interview when he "applied", because he was moving abroad. His account of the interview was that it was extremely hostile, verging on the vitriolic, and he was very upset about it". Eligibility would have been to be met, but appears to have been thwarted by an adverse "In-house Policy" when he applied with the "MSD Ministry of Social Development" who wrongfully decided an outcome at the time, by the above statement, which needs to be taken to task for retrospective compensation which has been denied. NZ Superannuation is portable upon application per any criteria being met. https://www.workandincome.govt.nz/on-a-benefit/overseas-travel/nz-super-and-veterans-pension/index.html A huge "Thanks" from me for your detailed observation regarding the pitfall. -

Crime Drunken Foreign Tourists Assault Thai Woman, Locals Step In with Brutal Response
I once walked into a Thai bar in Soi Cowboy with a couple of buddies and a girl walked up to me and spat directly into my face for no reason whatsoever. I wasn't even a regular in that soi we were just passing by and decided to check it out, and I had never seen that girl before in my life. It was a complete and utter surprise. Either a case of mistaken identity or the girl had metal illness. I didn't react and I simply 'wiped' the saliva from my face and carried on. However in this instance if a very drunken man was treated in this way or anyone else for that matter would he be forgiven for slapping whoever spat in his face for no reason whatsoever, be it male or female? In any case mob rule and mob beatings are barbaric and shouldn't go down that way. What if it was you on that floor being kicked in the head by a mob and left for dead due to mistaken identity or unjust cause? I'm not saying the guy in the article was innocent but what if he was? The story is not clear or full. Anyone applauding mob beatings is a coward just like the mob of thugs dishing it out. People jumping to conclusions to applaud barbaric violence are sadistic cowards. Pathetic. -
