Hi

i have a non o multiple entry visa from thai embasy in penang it will expire in may 2015 i just need to know if my thinking is corect.

I will return to Thai land on the 10 of April my first qusstion im still alowed 90 days even if the visa expires in May.

my next question is do i need a reentry permit when i leavethailand which will be within the 90 days.

my last question is will i be able to get a new 1 year non o from penang im married to a thai for 18 years my nationality is british im 59 years old the loast non o i did not need to show funds has things changed in the last year any help will be apreciated

As long as enter before your visa expires you will get a 90 day entry. This includes doing it on the enter before date on your visa.

If you visa is going to expire before you return the next time you could get a re-entry permit for the remainder of the 90 days.

The latest reports for Penang is that they want to see 400k baht in the bank or proof of 40k baht income to get a multiple entry non-o visa.

You can get one in Savannakhet Laos with no financial proof.
