We are looking for a Telesales agent to join a Bulgarian firm specialising in business development programs for their clients.


Job Responsibilities


  • Will take key role to work directly with sales and marketing teams – supporting activities performed by the later and proactively initiating other actions in line with defined goals and KPIs.
  • Follow-up leads created by the Marketing Team, recognize opportunities and track the progression of these (value threshold will be set-up. Above the threshold only till defined stage of the project) through all the sales stages. It will require to manage all the relations with customers, business partners and local sales team.
  • Work and align with Telemarketing / Teleprospecting teams on defined marketing campaigns and priorities.
  • Support sales account managers to map, profile, arrange appointments for selected key accounts/verticals.
  • Nurture installed base - be in touch with existing customers, learn their requirements and provide proactively support for sales team to up sell and cross sell.
  • Support cold calls in collaboration with Telemarketing / Teleprospecting teams in identified, named accounts or verticals.
  • Follow opportunities with sales and business partners to monitor the Opportunity Sales Cycle Progression under agreed SLA; escalate stuck opportunities.
  • Prepare basic quotations, initiate and handle special discount requests and send requested information via email to the customer.
  • Follow-up and maximize the deal closure rate of a pipeline of assigned accounts.
  • Provide support to answer on RFP/ tenders with key accounts.


Job Requirements

  • Native Thai speaker
  • Able to speak English
  • Able to make sales speech via phone to present benefits and advantages of company's solutions
  • Will be based in client office in Bangkok
