Is there any internet cafe's before check-in (possibility to print)?

Yes. When you enter the departures level, go to the furthermost right hand corner of the building (to the far right of immigration). The open fronted place you will see there can print documents for you e.g. off a USB drive for 10 baht a page.

Coffee World on the basement level about 100 Meters from the underground rail station.

I didn't see an printers and doubt they can help with that.

The CAT Telecom shop at the International Departure Hall (behind Row U) provides Internet and general business services.

The Internet rate is 100 baht/20 min, 200 baht/40 min, and 300/1 hr.

Photocopying, faxing and printing is 10 baht per page.
