Last crop hit hard with some sort of fungus.

Hi folks, can anyone give me a clue what this is?

The wife had a lot of good fruit the other day when they picked and de-bagged but 40% has this problem, from just a trace to as bad as you see in the pix.

And with the price being 10cent/kg not a lot of profit.
