PATTAYA: -- The body of a 34 year old Russian man was discovered in a 2nd floor room at an apartment complex in Central Pattaya on Saturday and Police are treating the case as a murder investigation.

Staff at the Porn Apartments in Soi Arunothai became worried after the occupier of room number 204, who was due to check-out on Saturday had failed to do so and it appeared he was still inside the room.

When the apartment door was opened the body of Mr. Fedro was discovered and it appeared he had been dead for at least 2 days.

He had sustained multiple stab wounds to his chest, cuts to his neck and injuries to his face consistent with being punched.

Khun Ponpan aged 20, who works at the apartments, told Police that the victim had checked in with three other Russian’s and the group had rented two rooms on the 2nd floor.

Jumping to conclusions aren't they, what happened to the usual suicide theory.

If someone who has never been to Thailand reads this they'll think "Porn Apartments! What would you expect?"

I was thinking the same thing.

The sign actually says "Porn House", which is worse.

I think this place has been in the news before.

I am not sure I can post the link to the news article but this was the headline.

Woman allegedly selling her 16 year old niece to foreigners for sex, caught by Pattaya Police.

Checked in with three other Russians, didn't they think something was wrong after two days? They rented two rooms, did this guy have a room by himself and the other three in the other room? Where are they now?

I purposely...do not have any Russian friends...the price of a misunderstanding could be your last hurrah...

Ah yes! Of course!

The word 'porn' automatically makes people think about murder.

I believe Porn means "blessed" in Thai, or maybe "cursed" in Russian.

I love how they have no idea what PORN means clap2.gifcheesy.gif

WOW !!!!! NO SUICIDE !!!!!

Oh yes the blessing during Porn, I thought that was the money shot !!!!! clap2.gifcheesy.gifpassifier.gifsorry.gif Someone was murdered here apparently by his friends who have already headed home to Russia. More at 10:00

I would suggest it is the name of a thai woman, shortened from wacharaporn

I know everything

I believe this place is off soi arunothi not on the soi

Simple. A second floor balcony jump cannot guarantee death.
