Two arrested in Central Pattaya Russian Murder Case



PATTAYA: -- Pattaya Police announced on Monday afternoon the arrest of two Russian Nationals, in connection with the recent murder of a 34 year old Russian at a Central Pattaya Apartment complex.

The body of Mr. Gusev Fedor was found in a 2nd floor room at the Porn House Apartments in Soi Arunothai on Saturday. With obvious stab wounds to his chest and cuts to his neck it was clear to Police that he had been murdered and the only suspects Police knew about were three Russians who were known to be friends with the victim who had moved out prior to the discovery of the body.

Police arrested Mr. Roman Chernykh aged 21 and Mr. Akbar Mamasadykov aged 20 on Jomtien Beach on Monday Morning following a tip-off. They initially denied murdering Mr. Fedor but later confessed to the murder, according to Police. The third member of their group had already returned to Russia prior to the murder taking place.

In case you did not read properly it says,the third person left the country BEFORE the murder.

You make a lot of assumptions! Nowhere does it say they are even guilty of the crime so on what evidence can you say "Probably haven't got two rubles to rub together. Probably no visible means of support, probably haven't done an honest days work in their life."

I am glad you are not a Judge. With all those probably's based on absolutely no evidence you would be locking up everyone and anyone.

Whilst on the subject of "mental acumen" why not read the OP again. It clearly states the 2 in custody originally denied murdering their companion, but later confessed. Also, the other friend who returned to Russia before the murder cannot yet be absolved, because he might have conspired with the 2 in custody, and may even have paid them to carry out the "dirty work" for him.
