Not sure how you switched visas. Normally that would mean you left he country to get a new visa which would mean you would not need to worry about doing a 90 day report for some time.

If you changed the reason for an extension of stay your 90 day reporting would be the same as before.

You are correct ubonjoe. Apologies for the wrong terminology. I did leave and come back with a new visa. I was just wondering if that didn't matter because I was still "staying in Thailand" so it didn't reset and required me reporting on previous 90 day report dates.

They are reports of staying longer than 90 consecutive days in the country. When you leave the country you are reset to 0.

You will not need to do a report until 90 days from the date you apply for an extension.that would allow you stay longer than 90 days.

If you are in Thailand for 90 consecutive days (thus the name) then you need to report. If you go out of the country and return, you've broken your consecutive days of stay and start counting again.
