Are you charged 500 baht for 2 of the days immigration is closed when extending stay? - + 1900b?

I.e expired 14th, but closed till today, tried to get done in Phuket and Bangkok both closed,

Just extension 1 month then come back in (moving over to elite/marriage visa next forgot about this with tour)

If you go to immigration today to apply for your extension you will not be charged for an overstay since you permit to stay ended when they were closed.
