I've been living here for the past 3 years on an education visa. I've regularly attended school and learnt the language. However I've been told that it is only possible to study for 3 years.

I have a long term Thai partner here with a baby on the way however we dont want to get married so the marriage visa is out.

I have a business back at home which generates my funds for living here so getting a job and work permit wouldnt work as I'd need to pay tax on my overseas income in Thailand.

Could anyone reccommend what I should do to be able to stay once my ed visa runs out in a couple of months?

Any help greatly appreciated

Some schools have approval for up to five years of study. PM me if you want more details and I'll send you a link.

Once your child is born and you legitimize your parenthood you will be able to get an extension of stay based upon being the parent of a Thai.

As soon as the baby is born and your name is on the birth certificate you can get a 60 day extension to visit them and single entry non-o visas.
