90 day report Pattaya with change of address, documentation etc.

Featured Replies

As per title,

Extension done at Chang Watana, change of address to Pattaya

Can 90 day report be done at Pattaya?

What documents/forms needed...TM 47, TM 28, any others?

What other documents needed? passport copies, photos, evidence of address???

Thank you for advice!

You will first need to report your change of address and for that will need a rental contract and signed copy of ID-card and household registration of the new landlord. He/she will also need to report your stay to immigration. At the same time you can do your 90 day report.

Thanks for info...can you please also advise on the questions I asked regarding which forms to fill out and other documentation required....also what about the case of a room being rented on daily basis with no lease?

You use a TM28 for the change of address.

A TM47 form is for the 90 day report. Plus passport photo page, visa, extension stamp and TM6 departure card.

Reports are that Jomtien immigration is not that picky on proof of residence if on an extension based upon retirement. You will need at least need proof that you are staying long term at an address.
