If you want to visit to Thailand from Japan, never go to Thai Embassy there for getting Visa.

They surely change your mind to other destination.

Thai Embassy in Japan is the worst in the world!

They are so arrogant and sadistic to visitors and have their own severe rules requiring so many documents and certifications even for a single tourist Visa.

For those that read the forum, that is a known fact. The requirements are published on their website.

Yeah, I think the Thai's aren't took keen on the Japanese visiting Thailand and therefore discourage visas from being issued.

You'd think they would loosen things up a bit now Thai's are allowed to travel to Japan without needing to apply for a visa in advance but I guess not.

I don't think that is the issue. Mainly the embassy there discriminates between Japanese and foreigners not having the full stack of permanent residency papers. However they are not the only consular post that does so.
