I passed many times here on my MTB ;

I have never heard about that name " Khong Ping Ngu " I know only Phu Phan Palace ; it's the same place ;

and a few kilometers before arriving there, coming from Kalasin, you have on the left side of the road a road mark for Seri Thai caves

Where I was this morning on my MTBike ; white sky because of air pollution ; but it was hot as usual ..
