I am getting ready to buy a used car and would like to know if there is any way to look at the owners blue book and see if the car was involved in the governments first time buyers program.

I may be buying in another province and wouldn't want to discover the 100K rebate when I tried to register the car in my province.

Ask the seller to see the blue book.

The rebate (or better, the compulsory 5 years no registration change) will be in the blue book.
