Had the misfortune of meeting his mother (or I believe her to be his mother) some 8 years ago...

As for O1... for those who were around some 10 years ago will probably recall the plot of land well before the View Talay Residencies went up, it was a swamp first used as a tip then filled in with builders wast and hard core, they also spent a lot of time putting in some long piles, and this is what they intend to build on???

I fairly new and just found out about this tower. Can anyone summarize the history of the thing?

It was unlikely before but impossible to imagine it now ,with Jomtien already saturated with new empty Condos .

There is a Condo block of recent construction of aprox 55 floors further down Jomtien Beach Road ,which suprised me to see on my last visit .

I think it was a scam from the get-go.
