Hi there,

My family are coming to Thailand soon. I have a job in an International School and my son has a place, so the school is sending documentation through and I will go to Thai consulate in UK to get visas. How about my husband - will he get a visa based on my employment?

Has anyone any experience of this please?

Thanks

Yes, a Non-O visa. The visa is valid for 3 months and will have to be extended in Thailand. The visa can be extended for as long as your contract is.

Your husband should get a single entry non-o visa as your dependent. Then after you get your extension of stay he will be able get one as your dependent.
