I signed up for this through a friend https://www.krungthai-axa.co.th/

She is an agent. She insisted all I needed to show her to qualify is proof i stay in Thailand so thats my Chanote from my apartment and copy of my bikes green book and a couple of bills with my address on it.

I understood though from reading on AXA main site http://www.axa.co.th/en that you need to be a "permanent resident"

Since I dont speak Thai I cant understand if the KT AXA insurance terms are the same as the AXA insurance.. the packages seem to be different.

I dont have PR status, like most expats. Im worried they seem to have accepted my but in event of a claim they might tell me no pay because im not PR

Anyone here have knowledge about this? Thank you

I have no idea , but it should state in your policy.

It appears the KT/AXA package is entirely different from the regular AXA health insurance packages (one of which is specifically for international clients).

In general the health insurance offered by banks is extremely limited in what it covers (to the point of not being worth having). The website is in Thai so I can't determine what level of coverage it provides? Some bank insurances have absurdly low levels of coverage and/or are limited to accidents.

Can you tell me which one is for international clients?
