Yes if you rule out neurological and psychological issues which you can considering your question, it is now considered as an early sign of heart disease. So take it as a warning sign to change your lifestyle before it's too late. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MgLPjdFyyFo Edited May 2, 201511 yr by Kitsune

May 3, 201511 yr Nothing in the OP rules out neurological or psychological causes. Diabetes is also a common culprit due to both circulatory and neurologic effects. In Thailand (unfortunately) everything is done by "specialists", which divides you ailment by chunks of your body. if you say you have penis problem, they would never send you to a psychologist. Diabetes is the same issue and treatment.

"The greatest threat to a man’s virility is from the high levels of environmental chemicals concentrated in modern meats and dairy products of all kinds. These chemicals interfere with the actions of testosterone, decrease ejaculate volume, lower sperm count, shorten sperm life, cause poor sperm motility and genetic damage, and increase infertility." https://www.drmcdougall.com/misc/2012nl/dec/fav5.htm
May 3, 201511 yr Unless you live high in the Himalayas you are going to be subjected to one chemical poison or another, whether it be in the air that you breathe or the food that you eat. Thailand would have to be one of the less healthy countries in terms of pollution and pesticides etc. So unless you are growing your veggies inside a chemical-free dome and breathing purified air all day you are ingesting toxic chemicals.

So everyone starts losing testosterone around their mid 20s because they all have the same (wrong) diet. Oh please...... It is completely natural just as womens estrogen levels change as they age.
