US and Vietnam, 40 years after Saigon's fall, by the numbers

Yes, it does continue. I've gotten to know a couple of Vietnamese women well enough for them to tell me their stories. One literally had me in tears and I'm known as a hard ass bastard. She had been sold as a pre-teen and the story got worse from there. The hardships the Vietnamese people went through and still go through, starvation, no income to be had, unexploded munitions, Agent Orange etc. is to me unforgiveable, but they seem to forgive us as individuals. The US government and it's chemical suppliers still refuse to acknowledge culpability.
